Shipping & Returns Policy

CANCELLATION

1. Prodigy offers cancellation of physical products before they have been dispatched.

2. Digital products cannot be cancelled after they have been downloaded

3. If you've signed up for a service or a workshop, scheduled for a future date, please write to us and we will refund your payment asap after deducting necessary tax or other liabilities that we might have incurred. 

 

SHIPPING

1. Prodigy offers shipping of our physical products within India. Our digital products and services are available for purchase globally.

2. We always do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order, however, we do not ship physical products on the weekend and national holidays.

3. Purchased physical items will ship from Delhi within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via

indiaPost. After leaving our premises IndiaPost will typically deliver your physical product order within 2–7 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

RETURNS OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (IF ANY)​​

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items on sale or marked “non-returnable”

  • Opened or used items (for hygiene or safety reasons)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at theprodigyio (dot) india (at) gmail (dot) com with your order details. We will guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests.
